I have been eating so much chocolate lately. Maybe it’s the cold, or that we’re close to Valentine’s Day. I’m usually more of a caramel and toffee girl, but lately I can’t get enough dark chocolate! These sound heavenly!
Chocolate should be its own food group! My taste buds have changed drastically..i crave the 85% and up dark chocolate..I think that is sure sign I completely and fully LOVE chocolate!

It’s Valentine’s Day and most of my students gave me milk chocolate kisses, etc, which I immediately gave away; sadly, it wasn’t much of a chocolate day for me! But my student teacher went out of her way to buy vegan chocolate chips and bake vegan cookies for everyone in the class, even though aside from me and one vegan student, nobody would have cared. She just didn’t want anyone to be left out on Valentine’s Day! So yes, I would love some vegan chocolate
